U petak 1. svibnja, na Praznik rada, radimo prema izmijenjenom radnom vremenu od 8:00 do 23:00. Grupne programe ne održavamo.

Morning routine je program umjerenog intenziteta i najbolji je način za početak dana. Program sadrži vježbe jakosti i izdržljivosti koje doprinose gubljenju potkožnog masnog tkiva i rastu mišića. Sadrži osnovne vježbe potiska, povlačenja, pregiba kukova, čučnja i vježbi za trup i priprema vas za sve dnevne izazove.
