Ova metoda vježbanja podrazumijeva angažman mišića stražnjice, nogu i trupa tijela iz različitih uglova. Jedino tako možete istopiti masne naslage i mišiće učiniti vretenastim, izduženim i čvrstim. Istovremeno smanjujete bedra, zatežete stražnjicu, stražnju ložu nogu, podižete stražnjicu te topite masne naslage oko trbuha.
